Winter Concert Info
What time?
- Warm-ups with all groups at 5:30pm. Please be early.
- The concert begins at 6:30pm.
- The concert should be finished by 7:30-ish.
Where?
Concert Dress?
- Concert dress is all black as listed in the band handbook with the band polo.
Admission?
- In lieu of charging admission, we are asking for nonperishable food donations which will be given to a local food pantry for the hungry.
Volunteers Needed
- Parent volunteers are needed to chaperone a row during the concert. Please call, e-mail, or talk to Mr. Tucker prior to the concert if you can help.
Seating
- 7th grade band will be seated on the left side in the front as you face the stage.
- 8th will be seated on the right side in the front as you face the stage.
Courtesy
- Students must be quiet while other groups are performing. Performances are being recorded and it is disrepectful and won't be tolerated.
Recordings
- DVDs of the performance will be available for purchase at the concert and the next day at school.
